What data we collect

When you send a booking enquiry or use the contact form, we collect:

• your full name,
• your email address,
• your phone number (if you give one),
• the content of your message or any special requests,
• the dates, cabin and number of guests you selected.

Why we process it

We use your data solely to handle your enquiry, check availability, communicate with you about the booking, and meet our contractual and legal obligations (for example, keeping guest records). We do not use it for direct marketing without separate consent.

Who has access

We store and process data through the following service providers, acting as our processors:

• Supabase — database storage for enquiries and bookings.
• Bentral — the accommodation booking management system.
• Resend — sending confirmation and notification emails.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to complete the booking and to meet statutory retention periods (for example accounting and tax law), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data, and to object to processing. You can send a request at any time to info@pod-goro.si.

Website analytics

To understand how the site is used we use an analytics tool that sets no tracking cookies and collects no personally identifiable information about visitors. Details are in our cookie policy.
